Many of our rugs are designed to be washable for easy maintenance. However, washing machine compatibility depends on the size of the rug and the capacity of your washing machine. Larger rug sizes may require a high-capacity or commercial washing machine.

When machine washing is suitable, wash your rug at 30°C (86°F) on a delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry; hang the rug to air dry without wringing. Do not use bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Yes. Our rugs are designed for everyday living and are suitable for homes with pets and children. They are made with durable materials that help withstand regular use while maintaining comfort and style.

Cleaning instructions vary depending on the rug type. Most rugs can be vacuumed regularly to remove dust and dirt. Washable rugs can be cleaned by washing at 30°C (86°F) on a
delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry. Instead, hang the rug to air dry without

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the rug must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its
original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are processed to the
original payment method after the returned item has been received and
inspected. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Please note
that customized products, clearance items, and final sale items are not
eligible for return.

Woollooms aims to make the return process
as simple and transparent as possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or
incorrect product due to an error on our part, Woollooms will cover the return
shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return
shipping label or reimburse the reasonable cost of return shipping.

For returns requested due to
customer-related reasons, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong product,
selecting the wrong size or color, or simply no longer wanting the item, the
customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required
by applicable law or expressly stated as part of a promotional offer.

Returned products must comply with the
conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy and must be returned
unused and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.

For customer-paid returns, we recommend
using a shipping service that provides tracking information. Woollooms is not
responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit before
the returned item is received at our warehouse.
